From personal experiences and her own struggle with health problems, emotional challenges and a poor lifestyle with unhealthy habits, Charmaine is the perfect coach to guide you. She qualified as a lifestyle coach in 2012 and continuted studies in nutrition since.
Receive coaching in emotional eating, addiction, time and stress management, improved self discipline, being your own motivation and overcoming health problems. A full assessment and figure analysis will be the start of your weekly journey with her. She does not believe in diets or chemical manipulation, but rather in an active, balanced lifestyle with good habits.
COLOUR CONSULTING
A colour consultation is a true investment and should be considered by every woman who owns a purse! You have certainly identified the drastic increase in clothing and makeup prices. Have you noticed how much a trip to the hairdresser costs? A colour analysis will determine your best hair, makeup and clothing colours and will bring out your natural radiance and glow. You will shop with confidence and your personal colour chart will assist you making the right decisions.
Qualified by Chata Romano, we encourage you to visit us for your personal colour consultation or book for yourself together with a few friends. Alternatively, make sure you attend one of the colour workshops offered on a regular basis at the Statue of Beauty offices or book a colour workshop for the ladies at work.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Charmaine describes her style of photography as natural and spontaneous. She loves to use natural light in her photographs and believe in raw, unedited photographs as far as possible. She believes that original composition and authentic elements should be used when taking the photograph, instead of manipulating the photo afterwards. Charmaine likes to combine her client's personality with her own style - this means that each and every shoot is unique.
